'PaperSummitStream started with one vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our small pizzeria was originally operated by family with age-old recipes passed down.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza during her sojourns across Italy, mentored by seasoned pizza chefs in Naples—where pizza was conceived. Back in the UK, her quest was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, following time-honored techniques and selecting prime ingredients.
From humble beginnings as a cozy 12-seat eatery, our pizzeria has flourished into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to superior quality and genuine practice remains unchanged. Our kitchen continues to embrace the traditional wood-fired oven methods, prepares our dough from scratch every day, and seeks out the best ingredients available.
Currently, 'PaperSummitStream' is still under the helm of the Bianchi lineage, with the succeeding generation steering our devoted team. Although we’ve adopted modern tweaks, the core of our mission stands firm: forging delectable, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
